All art, prints, and products, are final sale. Please email us at hannah@swallowtaildesigns.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.

When will my order ship?

All orders are made to order. This means it may take a little longer to receive your item, but you should receive your order within two weeks. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance. hannah@swallowtaildesigns.com

Do you do Commissions?

Do you offer bulk sales?

Yes! We offer bulk sales on some prints. Please contact us for more information at hannah@swallowtaildesigns.com.

Does my artwork arrive ready to hang on the wall?

While prints do not come ready to hang, original artwork is ready to hang upon arrival.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Providing photos is most helpful with insurance claims. We’ll work quickly to replace your order.
